Subscription Refunds

Zeeboombaa Matrimony offers a digital matchmaking service. Once a Premium or VIP subscription is activated, it is generally non-refundable.

Exceptions

We may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis if:

• You experienced severe technical issues preventing you from using the service.
• A duplicate charge was made to your account in error.

Contact our support team within 7 days of payment for any billing disputes.
